How would you describe the rhythms of your life right now?

Which daily practices and life skills help you feel grounded and connected - both at work or at home?

What habits and mindset shifts will help you live well and sustain your best over the long term?

Out on the open sea, we’re gently reminded that life is bigger than us.

The currents may change, but when we lift our eyes beyond them,

we begin to see beauty, direction, and the quiet joy of the journey itself.

REINVENT YOUR LIFESTYLE

Set aside time to gain clarity, reset your rhythms, make changes and live differently.

CLEAR STEPS®

A Resilience & Rhythms Workshop

Resilience begins with clarity. When you have a clearer sense of where you are and what matters most, you’re better able to navigate challenges, set realistic goals, and respond to setbacks with steadiness rather than strain.

True resilience isn’t just about bouncing back — it’s about growing the core life skills that help you adapt, stay grounded, and thrive over time.

Step into a guided journey where you will:

  • Clarify the vision and values that guide how you live
  • Refocus your attention on what matters most in this season
  • Develop an insight to energy management
  • Identify habits and patterns that help you manage energy
  • Discover Connected Resilience with the Resilience First Aid Starter Training (RFAST), that is designed to equip you with essential tools and strategies for fostering mental well-being in yourself and others.
  • Receive a RFAST Participant Workbook — that contains the summary of the workshop content, space for notes, plus your own Active Strength analysis and personal Resilience Action Plan
  • Develop an appreciation for mental health prevention strategies
  • Understand the significance of supporting resilience in others
  • Enhance your ability to recognise when someone needs resilience support
  • Identify your strengths and create a resilience action plan

You may have completed the CLEAR STEPS® Resilience & Rhythm Workshop and begun to discover what resilience can look like in your life. If something in you is curious to go deeper — to understand yourself better and grow in ways that feel meaningful and sustainable — this next step is for you.

If you’re ready to strengthen your resilience with support and personalised insight, I’d be glad to walk with you. Through two resilience assessments — your Personal Resilience Report (PR6) and Personality Resilience Report (PR6+BIG5) — you’ll gain clarity about where you are right now and what will help you move forward with confidence and direction. We’ll explore these insights together at a pace that feels right for you.

There is no single path toward clarity and resilience. Your journey will reflect your season of life, your hopes, your challenges, and the rhythms that sustain you.

Sometimes, slowing down to notice what you need is the first step toward living and leading with greater joy, presence, and strength. If you sense it’s time to begin — let’s take the next step together with RESILIENT STEPS®

Step into a learning space where you will:

  • Deepen your understanding of the 6 Resilience Domains
  • Gain personalised insights into your strengths and growth areas through your Personal Resilience Report (PR6)
  • Identify one resilience domain you want to intentionally strengthen in your life

GLIDE®

Empowering workplaces to foster resilient, people-centred cultures.

One of the most meaningful parts of my coaching practice is partnering with leaders of workplaces and communities to unlock potential in their people by prioritising mental wellbeing and building resilient cultures through the Resilient Workplace (CReW) Program certified by Driven®. Today, we are navigating a world where disruption has become the norm. Therefore, resilient teams are the foundation of sustainable success — enabling people to perform well, innovate confidently, and stay engaged over time. As more workplaces and communities commit to be proactive in creating supportive and thriving environments, we have the opportunity to strengthen resilience, reduce mental health challenges, and cultivate healthier and sustainable ways of working and living. Therefore, my focus is to walk alongside leaders as we create workplaces and communities where people can flourish — by strengthening mental well-being, deepening personal awareness and growth, making decisions rooted in real insight from meaningful data, nurturing resilient relationships, and cultivating joyful spaces for connection.

Step into lifestyle changes that strengthen clarity, resilience, and focus over time.

"I did my SUP introduction course with Mercy back in 2023 - it was an incredible way of not only being out on the water, relaxing and resting, but also learning new skills and abilities. At first I thought I wouldn't be able to succeed in this, yet even alone, I will come back and do it often as a way of learning, exercise and recreation. Mercy was so gentle and patient, she continuously pushed me, yet it was in such a loving way that I enjoyed what I was doing and helped me overcome some mental-blocks. She is very skilled in SUP, but she offered more than that, it was a great life-giving experience".

- Wium Matfield, South Africa

"Mercy has been an encouraging and patient coach since I started SUP with the intro course and WISE Level 1. My passion for SUP has increased due to her kindness and teaching. She taught me all the techniques and theory, going the extra mile, every lesson and I always learn more; her passion for SUP motivates me to continue learning and challenging myself. My parents have great trust and peace when I paddle with her. I'm still paddling with her and would suggest anyone to try as I'm confident that it will be an awesome and fun experience!"

- Reid Jette, Singapore

"The seaside retreat really helped us slow down, relax, and just enjoy the moment. Mercy took such good care of us, providing all the essentials like shelter, meeting tents, sleeping tents, yummy food, and even portable fans. We just had to show up and enjoy. The sound of the waves and sea breeze made it so easy to chill, reflect, and recharge. Best part was spending quality time with the team, laughing, talking, and making memories together away from the daily rush. Really a solid break, exactly what we needed".

- Rodmond & Claire Tan, Singapore

"Mercy is a great SUP instructor, she is very passionate about the sport and helping others experience and enjoy it. She is professional and fun when instructing. She will really take the time to observe and adjust to your pace/needs. Highly recommend her coaching if you want to start SUP!".

- Jenna Reed, USA

About Me

Hi, I’m Mercy,

I’m a coach and facilitator who works with individuals and groups to build resilience, manage energy, and live well sustainably — especially in demanding seasons of life and leadership. At the heart of my work is a simple belief: when people are given space to pause, reflect, and realign, clarity returns and healthier rhythms emerge.

How I Walk With People

My focus is on resilience and energy management, and I come alongside people to notice how they’re really doing in this season — not just what they’re managing. Together, we explore the pace they’re living at, what it’s costing, and what it would look like to restore energy in meaningful ways — physically, emotionally, and mentally. I support individuals in strengthening life-giving skills, refocusing on what matters most, and building rhythms that sustain well-being and effectiveness over time. It’s a journey of slowing down, gaining clarity, and moving forward with intention and care.

Experience & Journey

For over a decade, I’ve walked alongside people through seasons of growth, change, and new beginnings—helping them slow down, gain clarity, and reconnect with what truly matters. Since 2012, I’ve coached individuals one-on-one and guided groups through experiential learning that builds resilience, confidence, and self-awareness. My work blends conversation with movement and presence—whether through Stand-Up Paddling, creative reflection, or hands-on learning journeys — because clarity often emerges when we engage both mind and body. Along the way, I’ve introduced 80+ people to SUP, led over 150 hours of sessions, and hosted seaside retreats that create space for rest, connection, and renewal.

The Heart Behind Everything

Over the last 24 years, I’ve seen how even the most capable, responsible people can lose touch with their energy and inner compass while doing work they care about. I believe resilience isn’t about being tough; it’s about pace, presence, and living in a way that supports who you’re becoming.

As a coach, I make space for honest reflection, ask questions that bring clarity, and walk with people as they reconnect with what gives life. I also enjoy partnering with leaders to build cultures that prioritise mental well-being, so joy, fulfilment, and sustainability become part of everyday work and life.

Living well isn't about having it all figured out.

It’s about choosing rhythms and life-giving practices that keep your energy, meaning, and hope alive over the long haul.

If you'd like to explore what this could look like for you, your team or workplace, feel free to reach out at mercy@thebluecollective.co
